Release Takes As Long As It Takes

Macro photo of pink and yellow columbine with white snow on the mountain flowers behind. Release is an idea whose blossoms kaleidoscope with colours and angles rare and exotic.amid the cheers
greeting the newness,
the resolve to
really live
what’s coming,

this need to let go
grumbles
its discomfort

as it gnaws on my
deeper knowing
realization sets in

release is a
multi-layered
animal

a process
that takes
as long as it takes

an idea whose blossoms
kaleidoscope
with colours and curves
rare and exotic

a balloon awaiting
its hit
of helium

all the while
inviting me to
fall into its labyrinth

to float anew
on gossamer wings
fueled by love

Along with release, and growth into love, life is change.

Whether a huge disruption or a subtle shift, change permeates living as wholly as breath.

To ignore this is to live a life of resistance and disappointment.

And so, change is here in my business and my offerings.

Subtle, perhaps, but changes that will open my heart for more and widen the space I have for you.

Shared Shaman’s Choice Sessions are now free of charge, with available room for up to 9 people each time. I’ll tune in with the pendulum about once a week, when the energy and my commitments align for it.

If you’d rather have that energy session all to yourself and have a chat with me about it, you can purchase a Personal Shaman’s Choice Session and we’ll schedule a time together.

More room for my heart to open for you. More ways to feel the bright butterfly love.

Changes that may be subtle, or may be big. In time, our hearts will tell.

    Happy New Year!

Beautiful reminder that life is change. I am releasing what isn’t serving me and embracing the changes that are happening as I journey into 2014.

Oh Teresa, I have tears in my eyes. The words — release is a multi-layered animal — popped out of the page and right into my heart. Thank you!

From one who is releasing, layer after layer!

Love and more love to you!
    Sue

I love this Teresa. I think this is really the number one thing that holds people back from healing and happiness. They believe that, without their own constant willpower, they would stay still.

It is only when we realize that life itself is a process of never-ending, constant, evolving change – we can let go. We can be free. We can sail with the seas.

This philosophy appears one of carelessness or inaction to someone who has struggled in an uphill battle in the wrong direction their entire life (like most people in our industrialized society). I trust that more of us awakening and chasing our dreams (with the same carefree freedom that we once chased butterflies) will show the world what we’re really made of.

    🙂
